• Notto is chef Phil Howard's new fresh pasta restaurant on Piccadilly

  

  He launched his own mail-order pasta during the various lockdowns and now Phil Howard is going one step further with his own pasta restaurant. The chef, who has a Michelin star for his Elystan Street restaurant, will be opening Notto in Piccadilly (taking over an old Paperchase site).
