... - Wolfox cafe and wine bar eyes up the old Savoy Taylors Guild on the Strand
It's been home to a tailors since the early 20th century and its distinctive frontage on the Strand is Grade II listed, but next year the historic Savoy Taylors Guild is going to switch from cutting cloth to serving food.
The site's been taken over by Wolfox a coffee and restaurant group with places in Brighton and Leeds. Here at their first London opening they're planning a "high end cafe and wine bar".

Taking over the space where Chicken Shop used to be, in the basement of the Hoxton Holborn hotel, is La Cave. Described as both a wine bar, pop-up space and incubator kitchen it'll see a variety of chefs and restaurants taking over the space.
