New opening
- UBA sees ex-Aqua Kyoto chef opening a Pan Asian restaurant at Hart Shoreditch
It's all change at the Hart Shoreditch hotel where Latin American residency Mostrador is giving way to UBA a Pan-Asian restaurant. Heading up the kitchens is chef Paul Greening who was previously Executive Chef at Aqua Kyoto on Regent Street.
We're told the menu is being inspired by Paul's travels across Tokyo, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Dishes will include:
- Spicy salmon tartare served on an ice plate
- Charlotte Street is getting an Alsatian wine bar and restaurant called July
