... - Dip and Flip opens second burger-gravy-dipping restaurant in Wimbledon
Another fairly quiet opening almost snuck in under the radar today as Dip and Flip (already very popular in Clapham) has just opened in Wimbledon. If you're unaware of them, they specialise in the wonderful art of the French dip - sandwiches you dip in gravy.
The new restaurant will have the same menu as before - so that's either chicken, lamb or beef sandwiches or a range of burgers all served with gravy for
... - Smack Lobster opens second place on Soho's Dean Street
Talk about sneaky! Smack Lobster has just opened its second restaurant and this one's in Soho on Dean Street. The salads cost the same as the lobster roll - £10 - and come in four

... - Street Kitchen settles down on Broadgate Circle, selling sandwiches by the inch
After years of running things from their airstream, Street Kitchen (founded by Mark Jankel and chef Jun Tanaka) is settling down. But they're not moving far from where that airsteam has been parked, taking one of the spaces at Broadgate Circle for their gourmet sandwich restaurant - selling huge subs cut down and served by the inch. We caught up with Mark Jankel to find out
... - Irvin Bar Grill brings cicchetti to Crouch End
Irvin Bar Grill - a cicchetti joint in Crouch End - opened rather under the radar a month or so ago. It's run by the former drummer from Lloyd Cole and the Commotions, which will only be a big thing to you if you're as old as Hot Dinners and used to sit listening to their albums, in your 501s and Doc Martens, crying about how awful life was (it really, really wasn't).

They might have come under some rather unfair press scutiny when they opened their first venue (pictured above), but there's no denying Cereal Killer Cafe's success. The first one still has queues out the door and now they're getting ready to open the second cafe in Camden.
This one will be at Camden Lock, and will have essentially the same menu as the original. So that's over 100 cereals, 20 toppings and 12 kinds of milk. The

So far, we know that the balls at the
