Amid all the festive craziness pre-Christmas, a new wine bar opened its doors for the first time in E10. Swirl is a new bar that sees three local entrepreneurs joining forces. Arch Deli owner Michaela Zelenaska has teamed up with Pandemonium Wines founders Viliam and Prianka for the new wine bar in one of Tilbury Road's railway arches.
