  The Camino de Santiago is a 490-mile long trek through Spain, France and The Basque Country, hiked by pilgrims since the 9th century. It's also the inspiration for a new regional Spanish restaurant called Pilgrim headed to London next year. But if you're quick, you'll be able to get a sneak preview at their Dalston pop-up.
