• The White Horse is Wembley's newest pub

  

  It's not every day a brand new pub opens in London - but if you're after a pint and live in the Wembley Park area, then you now have The White Horse to check out.

• The Archway Tavern has finally reopened its doors

  

  It's been a long time coming but this weekend The Archway Tavern finally reopened its doors. Archway folk might have thought the day would never come when this iconic (in the true sense of the word) pub, which has been closed for five years now, would open its doors once more. • The O2 gets its first proper pub, The Observatory

  

  Next time you're heading to the O2 for a concert and want to grab something to eat pre or post-event, there's now something new to try. Pub company Nicholson’s are opening The Observatory pub.

  Taking over from the Harvester (which in itself can only be a good thing) they'll be open from breakfast, serving up everything from trad fry ups to buttermilk pancakes or poached eggs and avo on muffins.

  A team-up between the founders of Santa Maria and Firezza, this is bringing pizzas, beer and music under one roof in Clapton - creating a new-style pizza pub in the process.

  Film director Guy Ritchie's pub empire is expanding. This Fitzrovia pub serves his beer in the pub downstairs and features an upstairs dining room where venison from his Wiltshire estate is on the menu.

• Mikkeller and Rick Astley are opening the Mikkeller Brewpub in Exmouth Market

  Cult Danish brewer Mikkeller have teamed up with Rick Astley once more, but their second London bar will also feature a brewery and a restaurant.

• Four Legs at the Compton Arms launch their Sunday roast menu

  

  They've already secured a place in the London burger hall of fame, so it'll be interesting to see what Four Legs - the residency at Islington's Compton Arms - do with Sunday Roasts.

• Brewdog team up with Biff’s Jack Shack to make BrewDog Dalston their first vegan bar

  

  If beer and burgers are a match made in heaven, then vegan beer and vegan burgers must be the equivalent of nirvana for East London. That's presumably the thought process behind a new collaboration between BrewDog and Biff's Jack Shack.
