- CLAW launch winter weekend brunch residency at Fish Market
We've been hearing nice things about popular street food CLAW, so hearing that it's coming indoors for the winter with a residency in the City is good news. They'll be starting a one month weekend brunch residency at Fish Market (just opposite Liverpool St Station) serving up all that lovely seafood they've built their reputation on. Dishes you can expect include Crab Burger with handpicked Devonshire crab, samphire and claw sauce and a Lobster BLT made with

Another street vendor is heading inside for December as STAKEhaus lands a month long residency at The Duke's Head. Best known for their steak and chips, they're taking the opportunity to add a festive flavour to their menu, including:

- Ex Hedone chef Lee Skeet sets up residency at Hackney Empire
Now this looks like an interesting residency - on for four weeks only. Lee Skeet was head chef at Hedone and has also worked with Marcus Wareing and Tom Aikens before that. It's his second residency since popping up at Carousel and this one will be all about fish. The menu will change depending on the day's catch, but the draft one does look pretty good indeed:
- Baked oyster, bone marrow and
- Pilau settles down with their Indian street wraps in Soho
A short while ago, we reported on a new pop-up appearing at Leicester Square station called Pilau (following an earlier stint at Old Street). It proved very popular indeed, so much so that they've now settled down in Soho for a long-term residency. They've taken up a spot just beside the Berwick Street Market and

Allan Pickett is certainly busy. He's not just opening his own restaurant, Piquet, in the heart of Fitzrovia with Bodean founder Andre Blais: he's also taken on the first ever summer residency at the Morgan Group's Sanderson Hotel.
