    As the restaurant world prepares for next week's reveal of the World's 50 Best Restaurants list for 2018, the creators of the list have amped up the excitement by releasing in advance the second half of the list from 51 to 100.     The National Restaurant Awards have been announced and it's very good news for Soho's Kiln. Last year it was a new entry at number nine - and now it's jumped right to the top of the list.     Last night the 6th British kebab awards took place with what's rapidly becoming a legendary awards party. 2017's event - which took place on the same night as the Oscars - briefly outdid the Academy Awards for trending on Twitter.
