They've been big in Taiwan and China for a couple of decades and now Kanpai Classic is coming to London.
Setting up in Soho, on the refurbished section of Wardour Street beside the old Paul A Young store, the restaurant specialises in yakiniku, which means you'll be getting a portable charcoal cooker at your table. There's a big focus on wagyu (aged a minimum of 40 days)
