  Yes, National Vegetarian Week is nearly with us, and if that means a lot of aubergines, then we'll be happy. And getting in on the act is Tabasco, show are teaming up with The Vurger Co for the Auberger.  That's aubergine, onion and chickpea mixed with Tabasco Chipotle Sauce (of course) and topped with smoked cheese all served in a brioche bun. 

  You'll be able to get one (queue depending) on Bishops Square in Spitalfields on Friday 19 May from 1-3pm
