We've had the recent opening of The Grand Duchess, and now we've just learned of a brand new Vagabond wine bar that's opened in the area, immediately becoming the areas first wine bar.

If you've been to any of London Shell's pop-ups, you'll know that it's good news that this enthusiastic bunch of foodies have signed a deal to open a permanent restaurant in London.
