"I believe hake, tomato, mussel and broad bean broth was a signature main course at the Richmond, and if so I can see why they’ve brought it with them. A large darne of hake, flavour-enhancing skin crisped up in the frying pan, was joined by plump shelled mussels, olive-skinned tomatoes and double-podded beans in a clear broth with proper depth of flavour and a whisper of tarragon." "My main of turbot with artichokes was perfectly fine. Turbot is everywhere right now, being cooked on fire and charcoal, so this pan-fried version on an olive-oil hollandaise felt rather pedestrian." READ REVIEW
