This restaurant at the top of the Hilton on Park Lane is the jewel of the Galvin restaurants. It boasts amazing views over Hyde Park and some of the best service in London thanks to a team trained by the legendary Fred Sirieix who you might see in there from time to time.
"Galvin at Windows is a slick, smart restaurant. It’s the sort any great world-class city like London ought to have. It knows what it’s doing and does it very well. Just don’t expect to come down from up there – ideally via the lift rather than parachute – rhapsodising about the food; it’s far more likely to be the view that will stay with you." READ REVIEW
