Offering an À La Carte menu which celebrates traditional farm-to-table Italian cooking with a range of seasonal dishes finished with Theo’s own creative flair. Influenced by the rich experiences of his travels, enjoy a taste of the Mediterranean with reimagined Italian classics, from hand-rolled pastas to fresh seafood. Highlights include pappardelle, slow cooked beef with Chianti and San Marzano tomatoes; Lake District lamb rump with fresh borlotti beans, rainbow chard, red wine jus and salsa verde; and sharing plates of chargrilled sirloin with a salsa pizzaiola and violet aubergines.
Complemented with a curated selection of fine wines from Italy and beyond and all served in intimate restaurant surrounds, be transported to Italy this Spring at Theo Randall at the InterContinental. Open Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner.
