LIMA's first London restaurant was opened in Fitzrovia by brothers Gabriel and Jose Luis Gonzalez in 2012, which they viewed as a window to Peru’s emerging gastronomy. Since then, the restaurant has been a leading example of Peruvian cuisine in London.
It's inspired by the three biodiverse regions: the Pacific coast, the Amazon, and the Andes mountain range. The dishes at LIMA combine ingredients native to South America with seasonal and regionally sourced produce for a vibrant and modern Peruvian dining experience.
Now, they've introduced the new Tierra y Mar menu. That's five courses of bold Peruvian flavours with the best from land and sea. Think fresh British Isles seafood, rich Irish Wagyu and a Piura chocolate finale, all for £55. And as an exclusive deal, Hot Dinners readers will get a complimentary Pisco Sour to start.
LIMA Fitzrovia is at 31 Rathbone Pl, London W1T 1JH. Follow them on Instagram @lima_london.
