Amelie

19 Motcomb St, London SW1X 8LB

Part of the reworking of the Pantechnicon building included getting rid of their retail operation and replacing it with this gorgeous-looking Provencal restaurant with an ex-Annabel’s and Arts Club chef in the kitchen. Mignonette

109 Kew Rd, Richmond TW9 2PN

The duck fat brioche served with a selection of terrines is not to be missed.

Bottarga

383 King's Road, London SW10 0LP

Previously Chicama, this Mediterranean-focused restaurant has been a hit from day one, packing diners in who love its food with a Greek bent. Chef Adam Rawson is back with the group too and together he and Executive Chef, Tzoulio Loulai are giving Chelsea folk what they want.

Long Chim

Ground Floor, 36–40 Rupert St, London W1D 6DW

Taking over what used to be the ground floor of Hovarda, this sees Australian chef David Thompson, known for cooking Thai food, back in London with an outpost of his casual Thai restaurant. Here, there's a short, tight menu that's specifically influenced by Bangkok.
