What: YO! London Bridge
In a nutshell: Conveyor belt spot heads south
Summing it all up: One of the first restaurants to open up as part of London Bridge Station's redevelopment is YO! bringing sushi and katsu chicken to commuters and locals
The low-down
If you live or work around London Bridge you'll have spotted various restaurants and shops opening up in the station's redeveloped railway arches. From Monday they'll be joined by London's latest branch of YO! (which appears to have got rid of the Sushi bit of its name).
The new spot will have the usual conveyor belt system we're used to, for anyone wanting to eat in as well as a large takeaway section of hot and cold dishes.
Even better, they'll be running a 50% off opening deal for their first three days of operation.
