His Gidleigh Park restaurant has four AA rosettes and two Michelin stars, and now chef Michael Caines is bringing that magic to London in the form of a pop-up restaurant at the Oxo Tower.
The Fairy Platinum ‘Clean-Your-Own’ pop-up will run from 18-19 November 2011. Places at the restaurant can't be booked - to win your free two-course meal you'll have to go to www.facebook.com/fairydish from 10 October and enter the competition there.
"This really will be a unique dining experience like no other we’ve seen before, said Caines. "I’ll be serving traditional family recipes which have been passed down from my mother so it means a great deal to me to be able to share them.”
