Burger buzz in London is still building and the very newest patty to hit town is The White Label burger at Chop Shop. This square-shaped burger has previously only been available at Chop Shop restaurateur Michael White's Al Fiori in New York.
"The patty is a blend of brisket, chuck and aged fat," Chop Shop's Will Guess tells Hot Dinners. "It is served in a mixed brioche and white bread bap (toasted) with baby gem, tomato slice and white american cheese." On the side is whole grain mustard mayo & fries with rosemary salt and the whole thing costs £13.
