If you've got a bit of a sweet tooth you'll be interested in this week's restaurant deal. The Gilbert Scott at St Pancras is launching Mrs Beeton's Mondays at their restaurant during July and August. Order a starter and main course and you can finish the meal with Mrs Beeton's snow eggs for free. Served with Everton toffee and burnt honey custard, the Guardian's John Lanchester described the dish as 'ridiculously good'.
Alternatively, pitch up at the restaurant on a Tuesday over the summer and order a chicken dish from the main menu and you'll get a glass of Camel Valley sparkling white wine for free to go with it.
