Wareing, Locatelli, Hermé, Darroze and more to appear at Quintessentially EpicureLooking for a higher class of foodie event?  Then Quintessentially Epicure could be for you.  Taking place in London's famed Hurlingham Club, the event runs over two days on the 9th-10th September and brings together the best of culinary London.

There will be a host of demonstrations and tastings from some of the city's best chefs.  So Marcus Wareing will be demonstrating Venison Loin with Spiced Braised Pears and Chestnut while William Curley will be cooking his renowned version of the Paris Brest - A French dessert made of choux pastry and a praline flavoured cream designed to commemorate the Paris-Brest-Paris cycle race in 1891.

Other chefs taking part in the event include Hélène Darroze, Brett Graham, Giorgio Locatelli, William Curley, John Campbell, Shaun Hill, Phil Howard and Heinz Beck.

As well as tastings and demonstrations from the above chefs, you'll learn about global trends and innovations in food, beverage and cooking, sample the finest produce available, taste complimentary dishes from London’s leading restaurants, experience the best wines, spirits and champagnes from around the globe and participate in talks from leading culinary experts.
