Put the Bolly on ice and fetch the Beluga - the recession is over! As Britain hefts itself out of recession, Michelin-starred chef Vineet Bhatia today revealed plans to open a third restaurant in London next year.
Bhatia, who owns Rasoi and Urban Turban, tells today's Evening Standard that '2010 has been good for us so far. The restaurants are full, confidence seems to be back.'
So much so, that when he works out the finance, Bhatia wants to turn his attention to opening another London restaurant in 2011. 'We're hoping that by next year we'll be able to get a loan to open another restaurant in London,' he says.
