If you're looking for a ramen fix, you might want to pop along to St James's Market. Tonkotsu are taking over their sibling restaurant Anzu from the New Year, with a ramen residency.
On the menu will be all their usual ramen, along with a seasonal special of Ham Hock ramen - slow braised and pulled ham hock in reduced ham and chicken stock with noodles, topped with fermented mustard leaf, bamboo shoots, spring onions and seasoned egg - with Japanese mustard on the side for an extra kick. That'll blow the cobwebs away...
