It's clearly awards season with the AA Awards being announced last night, Michelin next week and now Time Out reveals its own winners. They've been drip feeding us the shortlist for a number of weeks, but now the winners have been announced as:
Best new restaurant: Hawksmoor Seven Dials
Best new fine dining: Pollen Street Social
Best new cheap eats: Manchurian Legends
Best new local restaurant: Malina
Best sushi bar: Yashin
Best new bar: Worship Street Whistling Shop
Best park cafe: Lido Cafe Brockwell
Big congratulations to Hawksmoor on picking up the main prize. Elsewhere, there are no real surprises with deserved winners in all (although we have to admit we'd have liked to have seen an award for our fave bar, the Zetter Townhouse).
