There's a very piggy bar snack menu at Tom Sellers' Robin Hood popup

If you quite fancied the idea of trying Tom Sellers' Merry Men pop-up, but weren't fast enough off the bat to get yourself a table, then here's another approach.

Sellers' three week pop-up in Bermondsey also features the Merry Men bar. It's a walk-in, 'no reservation' spot with room for up to 40.

Crucially they'll be serving a dedicated snack menu called Pig Tales. Snacks include Devilled pigs ears, Potted pig head, whipped pork fat and - of course - Pig Tales with a range of additions; allspice and marjoram, Wild garlic and English mustard or smoked paprika and fennel.

Drinks are by the super-talented Matt Whiley (with support from Bombay Sapphire) and the list looks really worth a try:

Robin Hood
Chocolate and Foie Gras Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Raspberry, Smoked Almond Sherry

Friar Tuck
Mandarin Grey Goose, Dewars, Chocolate Martini Rubino, Clarified Banana, Beer Foam

Maid Marion
Bombay Sapphire, Plum Blossom, Woodruff, Oat Straw, Candy Floss Veil

Sheriff of Nottingham
Bombay Sapphire, Kombucha Caramel, Hay Grey Goose, Leather Tincture, Egg White

Little John
Bombay Sapphire, Butter Washed Cider Brandy, Martini Rubino, 2017 Autumn Leaves, Mushroom
