It's graduation time soon at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen, where the apprentice chefs are into their last month. And to celebrate there's a special run of dinners planned for the end of August before the schooled chefs are released into the wild. But this year, being Fifteen's 10th anniversary, they're upping the ante a bit.
For one week, the professional chefs at Fifteen will be handing things over to the apprentices who will be taking charge of the restaurant. But they'll be joined in the kitchen by some very special guests who will be passing on final pieces of wisdom. So during this time, you'll have a chance to try food cooked by both the apprentices and overseen by some of the top chefs in the country. The apprentices will write the menu and run the prep and service, while the guest chefs will be on hand to offer help, advice and tips of the trade.
The, frankly stellar, list of eleven chefs taking part are:

Lunch – Michael Wignall (The Latymer Restaurant)
Dinner – Pascal Aussignac (Club Gascon)
Tuesday 28th August
