The Cube dining experience lands on London's South Bank

cubeIt's all happening in London this summer. On top of the Olympics, Jubilee and Noma pop-up, we're also going to be the next European city to host The Cube. Created by Electrolux and landing in London following stints in Brussels and Milan, it's a semi-transparent cube which will be placed on the roof of the Festival Hall with a range of Britain's finest chefs cooking for just 18 guests at a time.

Double Michelin star chefs Sat Bains, Claude Bosi and Daniel Clifford will be joined by the winners of ‘Ramsay’s Best Restaurant 2010’ and Michelin star holders Jonray and Peter Sanchez, as well as Scotland’s Michelin star chef, Tom Kitchin.

Each chef will present their own menu using locally sourced ingredients. A dinner will feature a minimum of five courses, accompanied by specially matched wines as well as "unique sound and light concepts, to make the experience one to remember".

The Cube will run from 1 June to 30 September and - as you can see from the picture - will have quite gobsmacking views over London. There will also be a large outdoor terrace so you can properly appreciate the view.

You can book a seat at The Cube by Electrolux for £175 per person for lunch and £215 for dinner Monday to Sunday. To book visit www.electrolux.co.uk/Cube/London or call 0207 288 6450.
