We rather like the sound of the Super Natural pop-up project in South Kensington. Part of London Design Week 2010 it's part installation, part sensory overload and part café aimed at celebrating the art of foraging in the English countryside.
The installation is Mrs Tee's Mushrooms which reflects the work of top mushroomer Brigitte Tee who's been supplying London's best restaurants with fungi for more than 35 years. Then there's an olfactory room filled with a woodland scent created by leading perfumer Francis Kurkdjan. And if all that whets your appetite, you can take a seat in Brambles cafe where the menu by La Fromagerie and Arabeschi di Latte design and food collective is inspired by foraged foods.
Super Natural is at The Garage, North Terrace, SW3 2BA until September 28 2010.
