Stevie Parle cooking Sunday lunch at Blacks in Soho

stevie parleIf you haven't made it across London to try Telegraph food writer and chef Stevie Parle's Dock Kitchen, put a note in your diary, as he's heading into town to cook Sunday lunch this weekend at Soho's Blacks.

The menu for the 'First Shoots of Spring' Bacchanalia lunch does sound heavenly: Egyptian New Season’s Garlic Roast in Butter with Goat’s Curd & Sourdough Toast; Sharing Plates of Sea Kale with Brown Butter & Shrimps, Wild Alexanders with Vinegar and Monk’s Beard with Tomato, Carrots & Fennel with Anchovy Sauce; Roasted Young Lamb with Artichokes and Rhubarb & Brown Butter Tart.
