Stax Carnaby kicks off with The Crawfish Boil pop-up

Icrawfishf you can't wait until Bea Vo opens her new restaurant Stax Carnaby, then you might want to book for her popular Louisiana-style Crawfish Boil which is popping up at the Carnaby site for four days in advance of its official opening.

Food-wise there'll be mountains of Spiced Crawfish, Potatoes, Sweetcorn, Beef Sausage, and Garlic Bread along with cocktail sauce, comeback sauce and cajun butter sauce for dipping. For dessert there'll be paletas (ice lollies) of different flavours or brownies.

Drinks will include beer, Stax Carnaby’s Raspberry Lemonade and their own Margaritas.

And, as with previous events, there'll be no standing on ceremony - or plates or cutlery for that matter. Dress code - "come in clothes that you may need to burn in shame afterwards, as it WILL be messy."

Tickets are £27.50 per person for all-you-can-eat but drinks are not included. There's an early-bird special for those booking the 6:30 p.m. slot of £23.00 per person - the later 20.45 sitting is £27.50.
