This sounds like a pretty good evening out. For one night only Singleton are running a night market dedicated to single malt whisky. The Singleton Whisky Night Market takes place on Thursday 15 May, tying in with the company's release of two new whiskies - Tailfire and Sunray.
For just a tenner, you'll get to taste both whiskies and try a cocktail created by world-class bartender Andrea Montague.
And the food sounds pretty good too. The price also includes a Fish Dog from Hix's Fish Dogs, a dish from the lovely folk at Forza Win as well as tasters of cheese, whisky marshmallows (yes, you heard that right) and chocolates.
The night market is being held down on the South Bank from 7pm to 10.30pm. Tickets are now on sale here.
