News hits Hot Dinners today of a very interesting new development in Mayfair - Aurelia on Cork Street is being launched by the family behind Zuma, Roka and La Petite Maison. It'll be on the site of the former Mulligan's of Mayfair at 13-14 Cork Street, W1.
The restaurant's head chef will be Rosie Yeats-Greenslade, who's worked at Roka for four years while Nic Watt - Roka's executive chef will oversee the kitchen.
Food-wise, the menu will have a distinct Mediterranean influence with lots of sharing platters and small plates.
Aurelia will have room for 130 diners when it launches in mid July - and it'll be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
