With Jose Pizarro busy winning accolades for his newly-opened restaurant in Bermondsey, his previous venture Tierra Brindisa has been getting an overhaul in Soho.
Previously a fully-fledged Spanish restaurant, it will now be renamed Tapas Brindisa Soho. The revamped restaurant will mimic its London sister site in both name and style shifting back towards small plates - something that's clearly the vogue in London at the moment. Expect the restaurant to have a more laid-back feel than before, plenty of the classics you can expect fom Brindisa restaurants as well as a few Soho exclusives.
To tempt you in the door - Tapas Brindisa are running a soft launch next week from Monday 6th to Sunday 12th June, where you'll get 20% off food and drink. Just tell them about this offer and where you saw it (Hot Dinners!) as you order.
Tapas Brindisa is at 46 Broadwick Street in Soho.
