Fitzrovia - 5 Clipstone St, London W1W 6BB
They're (whisper it, so as not to jinx things) celebrating spring over at Clipstone where their heated terrace is just the place to enjoy this new main of rump of lamb with a parsley crumb and served with blanched English asparagus and wild garlic mayonnaise.

Ex-Leroy and Royale chef Lucy Timm is finishing her residency at this Walthamstow wine bar with a menu that includes a luridly green petit pois risotto topped with spoonfuls of a punchy wild garlic, sunflower and pumpkin seed gremolata. Medlar

There's been a lot of press for the Medlar team's new opening, Cornus. But back at the original restaurant there's a very enticing spring dish on the menu right now in the form of this roast coquelet with stuffed leg, white asparagus, morels, wild garlic and ricotta gnocchi.
Clarence Tavern
Stoke Newington - 102 Stoke Newington Church St, London N16 0LA
Up at this popular gastropub in Stokie they're keeping things simple and natural by serving up a wild garlic soup that's topped with some creme fraiche.
Garden Museum Cafe
Lambeth - 5 Lambeth Palace Rd, London SE1 7LB
You'd expect a restaurant in a museum celebrating all things horticultural would have a super seasonal menu and you'd be right. In the last few weeks along the cafe here has had a number of pasta and wild garlic combos including Wild Garlic Cavatelli and Ricotta Gnocchi & Wild Garlic.
Trullo
Islington - 300-302 St Paul's Rd, London N1 2LH
If you've got a bunch of friends who share your love for wild garlic then you need to head on over to everyone's favourite Italian restaurant in Islington, Trullo.
