The always-innovative chef Tom Sellers has just brought in The Bedtime Story at Restaurant Story. It's a new course of digestif and chocolate pairing. There's a short, curated selection of digestifs (including brandy, pisco, mezcal, whisky and chartreuse) paired with chocolate bars chosen by Cocoa Runners. So with Barsol Pisco you'd get some Åkesson chocolate from Madagascar and with Ilegal Mezcal some dark Papua New Guinea chocolate from Mast Brothers.
If on the other hand, you'd prefer to finish with something non-alcoholic, we rather like the sound of the tea trolley that comes round serving up a small selection of rare teas from Lalani & Co.
