Top New York chef Daniel Boulud will be joining 10 London chefs cooking up a storm at this year's London Restaurant Festival in one of the London Eye capsules. The full line-up of chefs taking part in the London Eye capsule restaurant experience were released this morning. They are:

Wed 6 Oct: Tong Chee Hwee, Hakkasan
Thu 7 Oct: Francesco Mazzei, L'Anima
Fri 8 Oct: Gordon Ramsay, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay
Sat 9 Oct: Joel Antunes, Brasserie Joel at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge
Mon 11 Oct: Atul Kochhar, Benares
Tue 12 Oct: Mark Hix, HIX
Wed 13 Oct: Gary Lee, The Ivy
Thu 14 Oct: Daniel Boulud, Bar Boulud
Fri 15 Oct: Angela Hartnett,Murano
Each capsule will take 10 diners but you'll have to be quick - The Angela Hartnett capsule has already gone. Gordon Ramsay's capsule will be auctioned off for charity as it was last year. Organisers must be hoping that offering another chance to dine in the air chez Ramsay will attract even more than last year's winning bid of £23,000.
