Head down to the atmospheric underbelly of Waterloo to find the newest edition of Vault Festival 2018, complete with burlesque, mardi gras, and a whole heap of creative new street food courtesy of PopCo.
For their new menu, the PopCo duo have gone the route of hearty, greasy eat-with-your-hands food - perfect for keeping punters well fuelled. That includes some rather good sounding ‘Thairitos’ featuring your choice of peanut chicken curry, sweet chilli prawn or veggie Thai bean curry. There’ll also be a five bean stew, mac’n’cheese and homemade nachos, priced at £4 for a small or £7.50 for a large.
On top of that, there’ll be a whopping six bars for people to grab a drink and chill in, which will be open every day of the eight-week-long festival.
You’ll be able to order a speciality G&T made with the VAULT’s own gin (with a bit of help from Cornish gin produce Tarquin’s), or take your pick of draft beers, ales, and Vault’s own roast from Fire Station Coffee in Suffolk.
