Pergola, West London’s rooftop restaurant is coming back for a third time, and this time Breddos are coming too.
The most exciting thing about this by far is that it’ll mean West Londoner’s will finally be able to get a slice of the Breddos action, given that the legendary taqueria is usually only to be found in and around Clerkenwell and Hoxton.
Pergola will also be hosting 8 Hoxton Square, who are normally found dishing up seasonal, Mediterranean-influenced dishes in east London, while Patty & Bun will continue for a third stint serving up their burgers and more. And if you do like to be beside the seaside, but haven’t yet managed to get down to Brighton, Salt'n Sauce, from Bonnie Gull, will be serving classic beach grub with a London twist, like fish and chips and Mr. Whippy-style ice-creams.
You’ll be able to tuck into the food of your choosing while surrounded by lots of luxe palm trees a la Hamptons, *the* New York holiday spot, which is this summer's theme. You might even be able to lounge on a day beds, if you’re clever enough to book in advance. Then you just need soak up the view, and, with any luck, the sun (though there will be a roof - just in case.)
This will be Pergola on the Roof’s third incarnation at White City, which last summer was themed around the Mediterranean, then a Norwegian forest in the winter months.
