Roganic
Simon Rogan's new London outpost, with head chef Ben Spalding finally opens this week in Marylebone. Although being called a pop-up, it's a very long one indeed and planned to last two years. With only 35 seats available, expect this to be one of the hottest tickets in London this summer.

Galoupet
It's been a long time coming, but restaurant, bar, wine shop Galoupet is finally opening its doors on Saturday in SW3. Expect both menu and wine list to change by the season and an enomatic machine that not only allows 36 wines by the glass, but also 4 champagnes.

Rock Lobsta
Lobster rolls have become one of the biggest sensations in New York in recent years and now they're coming to London. Rock Lobsta is a lobster roll pop-up taking in Shoreditch this weekends, aiming to authentic American style rolls to the UK.
