There's a new Kashmiri restaurant on the way to Putney - here's what we know so far...
It started as a catering business in India. Husband and wife owners Chef Rohit Razdan and Shweta Razdan then then turned it into a restaurant in New Delhi before moving again to Singapore. There, they got a celebrity following before coming to London.
In London, it will be a restaurant and takeaway. They'll seat 55 and Rohit and Shweta are looking after the food.
Their signature dish is Kabargah. That's ribs of lamb boiled in milk along with an assortment of fine Kashmiri spices and deep-fried in ghee. They're aiming for a "truly authentic Kashmiri dining experience" so expect lots more Kashmiri dishes highlighted on the menu too.
Kashmir – A Culinary Paradise is opening at 18-20 Lacy Road, London SW15 1NL at the end of May. For more, follow them on Twitter @KashmirRestUK
