He's already wowed Londoners with his famous eel sandwich, now Jeremy Lee is set to gladden the hearts of Soho residents and workers alike by opening Quo Vadis for breakfast from next month.
“The return of autumn is signalled by a cold snap in the air," Jeremy told Hot Dinners. "To busy and distract ourselves happily from the return of a colder clime Quo Vadis is opening its bakery."
Dishes on Jeremy's breakfast menu will include toast with ricotta, figs & bacon or ricotta, squash, bacon, sage and Parmesan (both £6.50) granola with fruit compote & yoghurt (£5.50), frittata with bacon and toast (£7) and bacon & egg toasted sandwiches (£7).
The bread will be baked overnight in the new Quo Vadis bakery. Diners can choose from white, sourdough and raisin as well as manchets - soft white rolls which apparently have their origins in mediaeval times.
And, if you just can't spare the time to come in for breakfast, they'll be selling bread from just inside the revolving doors of the building as well.
Breakfast at Quo Vadis starts on Tuesday 2 October. It'll be served from 8am until 11am, Monday to Friday. Find out more about Quo Vadis and how to book.
