The latest burger to come from MEATliquor really is something with a difference. They're teaming up with St John and Fergus Henderson to create a VERY limited edition Brain Burger.
Available in June, there will only be 15 Brain Burgers per day at MEATliquor W1, N1 and MEATMission. As for what's in it? A slice of calve's brain fried in panko breadcrumbs served with Sauce Gebriche, homemade mayonnaise and shredded cabbage sandwiched in a potato and onion roll from St. JOHN Bakery.
As it's so limited (and also 100% of the profits are going to Parkinson’s research), each burger is £30 and comes with fries and a bespoke apron designed by Fergus Henderson himself (and you can get a T Shirt of this too).
The Brain Burger will be available from MEATliquor W1, N1 and MEATMission in June - but you can get tickets for it here now.
