MasterChef winner Mat Follas to cook January dinners at Fish Market

follas2MasterChef winner Mat Follas built a business down in Dorset following his win. Now he's bringing dishes from his restaurant The Wild Garlic, which sadly closed just before Christmas, up to London for a series of fishy suppers.

Mat will be cooking as guest chef at the City restaurant Fish Market alongside their head chef Barry Macmillan on Saturday 11 January, Saturday 18 January & Saturday 25 January 2014.

They'll be serving up a 3-course fish supper with dishes such as Land & Sea Snails, Smoked Mussel Gratin with Sea Beets, Surf Clams with Samphire Mayonnaise, Day-Boat Bouillabaisse, Hot Ginger Granita with Lemon Balm and Bitter Chocolate Fondant with Lavender Ice Cream and a few foraged surprises too.
