Fresh from winning the Best Newcomer award at last week's Observer Food Monthly awards Maltby Street market has just launched an afternoon feasting event.
The Maltby Street Lock-in is a regular event which happens every Saturday after the market closes at 2pm. Head for Arch 76 Druid Street (also home to Beas of Bloomsbury) where they'll be serving up cod doughnuts, Austrian charcuterie, goulash soup and other hot and cold delights.
They don't have an alcohol licence yet, but you can BYO by stopping by Kernel Brewery, the natural wine merchants at 40 Maltby Street or El Madero on Druid Street.
