Kate and Wills may be one of the few newly-engaged couples in the country not worrying about the cost of their upcoming nuptuals, but for the rest of us, looking after the pennies and pounds is becoming second nature. It's called Welsh Whisky Wednesday and - like it says on the virtual tin - it happens on Wednesdays and involves drinking Welsh whisky...for free.Yes, we know we had most of you at free - but bear with us. According to the blurb 'you don't need to sign up, book ahead, be part of a club or buy anything'. Sounds good so far. All you do need to do is turn up at the bar in question (today it's Albannach off Trafalgar Square and Mint Leaf Lounge at Bank) between 5-7pm, tell the barman you're there for WWW and as long as there's stock (they're putting a couple of bottles behind each bar) you'll get a measure for free.
