Oh good lord - would you just take a look at this picture! It's Hawksmoor Seven Dials' Christmas present to Londoners.
Apparently this is the result of a discussion over drinks at the bar which culimated in the decision "to recreate Christmas dinner with all the trimmings in burger form".
So what exactly is it? We'll let Hawksmoor explain: "A juicy slab of buttermilk fried turkey topped with a sausage patty made from Ginger Pig Tamworth pork, along with crispy smoked bacon, sprout tops and spiced cranberry ketchup. And a slice of Ogleshield cheese (not very Christmassy, but a burger without cheese is a sad thing indeed). With duck fat roast potatoes on the side and turkey gravy for you to French Dip the whole thing in."
While we can feel our very arteries furring at the description, we now really, really want this. Apparently it's only available at Seven Dials and won't be on the menu for long. Hurry, folks!
