This, my friends, is a picture of just some of the new treats on offer at the bar at Hawksmoor Knightsbridge. They've just launched a new Bar menu. On it, you'll find three burgers, three lobster rolls and a steak sarnie - not to mention various new cocktails exclusive to Knightsbridge.
New to the burger menu is a pork and squid burger (£15 with chips and salad) inspired by "a lightbulb moment whilst eating squid stuffed with spicy pork in Vietnam". And there are two new lobster rolls (both £25) - the Tokyo (yuzu, Kewpie mayonnaise and sriracha) and Singapore (a version of Hawksmoor Knightsbridge's Singapore Chilli Crab, but made with lobster. In a roll).
We can't wait to try the new steak sandwich (£18) - a chargrilled rib-eye sourdough sarnie with anchovy hollandaise, watercress and fresh horseradish which features Graceburn cheese from Bromley sourced from a cheese stall in Peckham farmer’s market.
Everything from the new bar menu is now available in the bar and the restaurant at Hawksmoor Knightsbridge at 3 Yeoman's Row, Chelsea, London SW3 2AL
