Harvey Nichols launch cocktail pairing menu for British Food Fortnight

harvey nicksIn honour of British Food Fortnight (17 Sept - 2 Oct 2011), the Fifth Floor Bar at Harvey Nicks is serving up a marvellous-sounding cocktail and food pairing menu throughout September.

You can try:

  • a Chase Vodka Lady Marmalade with Alderton Marmalade cured ham
  • a Tipsy Pig cocktail with Williams Apple Gin and Rhubarb Liqueur which is paired with a pork pie
  • a Bloody Mary Martini teamed up with a Scotch quails egg
  • or a Hammersmith Vesper (Sipsmith gin and Vodka with Biddenden Ortega wine) which comes with Forman's smoked salmon.

Each cocktail with accompanying appetiser costs £15.95 or you can get a tasting plate of all four cocktails and their paired accompaniments for £35.95 for two people.
