We rather like the sound of the latest shop that's opened in the Harrods Food Hall, The Truffle Shop, which is - as you might expect - dedicated to all things truffle.
As well as whole truffles (of course) they'll be preparing a range of dishes for you to take away...
- Starters including whole baked black truffle, wrapped in streaky bacon and puff pastry with truffle cream and Périgord sauce
- Mains including cannelloni filled with veal ragout and truffle cheese fondue
- Desserts including black macaroon with truffle-infused dulce de leche
And there us also a make-your-own-truffle-pasta kit if you want to test out your skills at home.
The Truffle shop is available at the traiteur counter in Harrods now.
